Holiday Food Post

I am an atheist! However, I love to cook and love the excuse to go a bit over the top with food and plans. I'd love to share some of what I create over the Holiday period (I can now take pictures \o/)


Food Plans (by day):

Friday (Gifts):
- Garden Mint Chocolates (for my brother)
- Saffron Chocolates (for my father)
- Chili Chocolates (for my mother)
- Praline Brittle Slabs (for my best friend)

Saturday (Christmas Day prep 1):
- Cranberry Sauce
- Ice cream (1) - Chocolate with pecans and butterscotch sauce
- Porcini Mushroom and Chestnuts roast mix*
- Brandy Butter (maybe)

Sunday (Christmas Day and Boxing day prep):
- Ice cream (2) - Clotted cream vanilla
- Ice cream (3) - Mint Oreo
- Pizza Sauce

Monday (Christmas Day Prep):
- Cranberry cake
- Spiced Apple and Brown Sugar Cake*
- Pecan Butterscotch cheesecake*
- Cinnamon Rolls dough
- Mulled Wine / Creme de menthe hot chocolates ?
(I'm totally not cooking dinner - JE REFUSE)

Tuesday (Christmas Day meal + Boxing Day Prep):
- Make cinnamon rolls for breakfast
- Poussin (somehow find a recipe to make it good, I DON'T KNOW MEAT) - for my brother and grandfather*
- Root vegetable tart tatin - for me, my father and mother*
- Roast vegetables - potato, sweet potato, parsnips, carrots, garlic, red onion*
- Pizza Dough

Wednesday:
- Homemade Pizza
(we're going to eat the left over desserts)

Sounds Awesome right?! Anyway, express any interest in the comments and I'll post with a recipe and how it went :)
